Enjoy a memorable evening pleasing your senses in the Valhalla rock water spa
in combination with my delicious gourmet dinner. Selections include your
personal choice of appetizer, entree, and desert accompanied by my signature
parsley toast. You will feast and splash in the bubbles.

Flaming Cauldron Menu:
- Appetizers
- Long ships- seasonal vegetables and dip served in a longships hull. No sailors were set adrift to create this delicacy.
- Seafood bounty- crab dip and crackers surrounded and under sieged by smoked oysters, salmon and assorted smoke cured and pickled fish and sardines.
- Loaf and Curd- sourdough bread with spinach dip served with a variety of cheeses.
- Entrees

Toil-saving dinners:
- Begga Bowls=steak, onions, carrots, celery, greenbeans in a hearty wine gravy, covered in sharp cheese and served in a rutabaga bowl topped with smashed taters
- Mariners Pie=Crab, shrimp, salmon, mushrooms, potatoes and onion in a white wine cream sauce baked in a rich flaky butter crust
- RanSacks= cornedbeef roast, alpine cheese, potatoes, carrot and onion wrapped in a cabbage blanket and covered in a flavorful brown gravy. Served with smashed neaps- rutabagas and potatoes.
- Tale of two Breasts=Steinarrs famous rich and spicy Thai chicken breast along with a fragrant honey ginger Mongolian chicken acquired on his adventures. Accompanied by smashed neaps.
